Constitution

At the AGM held on Sunday 22 July 2018 the Members decided that:

  1. The Club should become an Incorporated Association.
  2. The name of the Incorporated Association will be:
    “IBM Quarter Century Club of Victoria Incorporated”
  3. The Statement of Purpose will be:
    “The purposes of the association are—to foster communication, companionship, and friendship among the community of current and former employees of the IBM Corporation or its subsidiaries who have been employed by those entities for a total of 25 years or more as well as surviving partners.”
  4. The Model Rules be adopted.
  5. The Secretary, Judy Horman, is authorised to lodge the application with Consumer Affairs Victoria for the IBM Quarter Century Club of Victoria to become an Incorporated Association.

The application was submitted to Consumer Affairs Victoria on 23 July 2018 and was approved by them on 23 July 2018.
