Membership Benefits

Financial Members enjoy these benefits:

1. You will receive invitations to attend Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings.
2. You will receive invitations to attend functions organised by the Club, including the Annual Lunch and the Annual Dinner.
3. You have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting and at Special General Meetings.
4. You will be able to nominate for election to the Committee.
5. You may receive discounts for attending functions organised by the Club.

Purpose of Membership Subscriptions

The income from membership subscriptions is mainly used to cover the QCC’s running costs.  These costs include: government fees, Newsletter printing and postage, PayPal merchant fees, Stripe merchant fees, and web site expenses.

Any surplus from the membership subscriptions is used for the general benefit of all members, including those members who choose not to pay a subscription.

Payment Options

If you are a member of the IBM QCC of Victoria, you can pay for your annual membership subscription using one of these payment methods:

1. Paying Online using your Credit Card or Debit Card.
2. If you are using an Apple device (+ Safari), you can pay using Apple Pay.
3. Paying Online via PayPal.
4. Funds Transfer using PayID to make a deposit into the QCC bank account.
5. Funds Transfer using BSB Number and Account Number to make a deposit into the QCC bank account.

Subscription Rates

• The annual membership subscription for a QCC Member is $20.00.
• The annual membership subscription for a QCC Partner (the surviving partner of a deceased member) is $10.00.
• The annual membership subscription for a QCC Member covers the member AND the member’s partner.
• However, if there are 2 QCC Members in the same household, you will need to pay for 2 subscriptions, i.e. $40.00.

Membership Applications are Welcome

• If you are a member of the IBM Quarter Century Club of Victoria already, you do not have to submit an application for membership – you just have to pay your membership subscription: Membership Subscription
• Before paying your membership subscription, you may wish to check your membership status.  You can do so by logging in to this site to view your User Profile: User Profile
• If you are an Associate Member, you do not have to apply for membership – you just have to pay your membership subscription: Membership Subscription
