If you are not able to participate in the AGM, you may wish to submit a Proxy Nomination.
You need to be a financial member of the QCC in order to appoint a Proxy.
If you are a financial member of the QCC, you may wish to nominate for the Committee: Nomination for the Committee
If you’re not sure whether you are financial, you can check your membership status by logging in to this site to view your User Profile: User Profile
If you are not financial, you can submit your annual subscription online and then continue with your Proxy Nomination: Membership Subscription
Your Proxy can be the Chair of the meeting or another eligible member of the QCC.
If you wish to nominate another QCC member as your Proxy, please ensure that the QCC member you are nominating is eligible to vote at the AGM. You should also contact your proxy by phone or email to pass on your instructions.
You can authorise your Proxy to vote on your behalf at their discretion in respect of any resolution, or you can authorise your Proxy to vote on your behalf in accordance with your specific instructions.
