Tony,
The hosting provider has responded. I don’t know exactly what they’ve changed but we can now do a copy-and-paste of a large post without any problems.

Tony,
I’ve done some testing and have discovered that I can copy part of your web page into a Post and submit it OK. Here is an example: https://ibmqccvic.org/test-copy-and-paste/
However, if I copy the full page, I get the same 403 error. It would be nice if the message was more meaningful but it indicates that there is a resource limit of some kind, e.g. post_max_size.
I’ve tried to increase the post_max_size but it’s not made any difference. I’ll need to open a Support Ticket with the hosting provider.
Regards, Tom
