Vale Brian Finn

We are all deeply saddened to hear of the passing of one of IBM Australia's most popular and beloved Chief Executive Officers and fellow IBMer, Brian Finn. Brian passed away in the last few days after a stoic battle against cancer.

Brian was a pivotal CEO in IBM Australia's near-90-year history and we can do no better than recommend you read a tribute to his legacy by current IBM Australia CEO, Nicholas Flood, posted on LinkedIn here.  

There would be few of us reading this post that would not have at least one memory of our own interaction with Brian, as he was wonderful with people and often took time in his Branch visits around the country to just walk around and talk to people.

He will always be very fondly remembered. Our sincere condolences go out to the Finn family.
